Amazing home in Umina Positive: The home is beautiful, well kept, modern and clean. Plenty of living areas to accommodate different groups. The beds were so comfortable, we slept like babies 😁. The house is located in a very quiet dead end street. The host is very accommodating, I had questions about the accommodation, I sent through some messages and there was always a quick response or a phone call. I highly recommend this accommodation. Negative: That I couldn't stay longer 😔

Great clean and roomy accomodation in a nice quiet spot allowing for endless relxation. Positive: Good layout, plenty of room and comfortable beds. Pool was great and being heated was used all the time.

A lovely large home set up to support family gatherings Positive: The three lounge areas downstairs, the large well equipped kitchen and dining area and the outside undercover table and chairs made family time together easy and enjoyable. The pool and the air conditioning were fantastic when it was 41 degrees.

Great weekend away in Umina Beach. Positive: The space was amazing as a big group we felt we had plenty of areas for us to chill and spend time in. Pool was great and the property has everything you need for a holiday as a family or with a group. Location was great too.

It was perfect!!! We couldn’t fault a thing, the house was so spacious, very clean and so many items provided which make Positive: All of it!!! From the size, layout, quiet safe street, close to the beach, amble space for multiple families to use different lounge and dining areas and never felt over crowded, ducted air, SO many handy things provided such as high chairs, plastic dinner ware for kids, pool towels, pool toys, stocked pantry with basic supplies (salt & pepper, oil, paper towel etc), lots of children’s games and baby toys. Access to linen cupboard for extra blankets etc. Not to forget the swing set, giant trampoline, cubby house and heated pool! Negative: Nothing!! Was all perfect
